Which courier do we entrust with your delivery?

We dispatch from the UK with Royal Mail International. When your parcel arrives in the United States, it is handed to USPS for final delivery nationwide, including to PO Boxes. This gives you reliable, end-to-end service with full tracking and updates.

How can I track my order?

The minute your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking link and tracking number.
You can follow the journey end to end:

  • From the UK: Use the link to track on Royal Mail while your parcel travels from the UK to the United States.

  • In the US: The same tracking number works on USPS. Once USPS scans it in, you can continue tracking on their site to see every step right up to your shipping address.

You’ll get updates at key points, including dispatch, arrival in the US, handover to USPS, and out-for-delivery. If the email does not appear within a few minutes of dispatch, please check your spam or promotions folder.

What packaging is my order delivered in?

Your order travels a long way from the UK to the US by airmail courier, so we pack it in reinforced, double walled boxes with protective cushioning to keep everything safe and snug. Boxes are plain and unbranded for privacy, and we use recyclable materials wherever possible. Once in the United States, USPS completes delivery nationwide, including PO Boxes.

Can you confirm there are no taxes to pay?

No. There are no customs duties payable by you on orders to the United States. We prepay all import tariffs and duties (including any applicable US trade tariffs), so your package arrives with nothing extra to pay on delivery.
