Returns Policy
Returns should and will always be hassle free at Toilet Face! This is applicable for both UK and international orders.
If your product is faulty or damaged
We will happily supply you with a free, replacement or refund if your product is faulty, incorrect, not as described or has arrived damaged. This is extremely rare, but unfortunately, mistakes do happen and we always here to promptly rectify the few that occur. It’s very easy to initiate a return, simply fill in the form below and we’ll provide you with a resolution within 1 working day. We’ll apologise profusely and advise you on how to send the item back to us; usually this will be with Hermes Parcel Drop off or Parcel collection. (at our expense, including packaging).
It’s perfectly fine if you have changed your mind too…
We appreciate that it is sometimes hard to make a purchase without actually touching and seeing a product, hence why we have introduced our 30-day money back guarantee policy. If for whatever reason you’re not totally over the moon with your product, please return it back to us and we will gladly provide you with a full refund. It should be noted that we can’t accept returns on our personalised gifts, nor can we cancel an order if it has already been printed or is in transit. We can only accept returns on our personalised gifts if they fall into the above category.
