When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website for you to track your delivery.

We use Hermes for UK orders and Royal Mail for international orders; they provide a great service at a reasonable cost, helping us keep our shipping prices as low as possible.

We deliberately use the packaging made from recycled paper to help reduce our impact on the environment.

Our packaging is strong & durable. Orders arrive in a reinforced plain cardboard box. Inside the box, we package the toilet rolls in a sealed plastic cellophane bag, which ensures your order arrives in great condition, every time.

Yes, of course, simply select our gift wrap service and we remove the receipt and wrap your order in our special gift wrap, with a bow tie on top!

It depends on your selected delivery method. Next day delivery orders are often dispatched the following working day, while economy class orders will often be dispatched in 3-4 days
